Please, when opening an order via telephone, respect the following procedure:
  • You shall conclude the annex to the Contract on Brokerage with the Eurobroker which defines the right to open an order by e-mail pursuant to the Eurobroker Rules and Internal Instructions;
  • You shall submit in writing the telephone numbers from which orders are to be sent to the Eurobroker;
  • All preparatory actions (all that is necessary to make a decision on all elements of the order) shall be completed before the beginning of the procedure for opening the order.
  • The telephone contact between the client and our brokers should be short, clear and understandable, disabling various interpretations of the given elements. Therefore, the Eurobroker has standardized the elements that the client should communicate in the telephone contact with the broker when opening the order. Please respect the following sequence of pronouncing the order elements:

  1. the client's name/the name of the natural person who opens the order
  2. the client’s password (the number of the client account for which the order is to be opened)
  3. the type of order (buying, selling, revoking – with the exact number of orders to be revoked, if the case)
  4. the CRS mark (preferably completed with the issuer's name)
  5. the amount
  6. the price limit: price - if the order is limited or to emphasize that the order is marketable or free/discretionary (the opening of a free or discretionary order can be accepted only if the client has previously discussed this with the broker through which a specific order is opened)
  7. the execution time: daily, by the revocation, up to the certain date,
  8. special requirements (if any)
  9. the representation manner (orders with the hidden amounts)

  • If you do not respect the previous sequence or give incomplete or inaccurate elements, you shall expect the broker explicitly request all the necessary elements of the order to get the proper receipt and execution of orders;
  • Once you finish setting up the elements of a single order and you are sure that you want to open, receive, and implement such an order, you shall pronounce "I CONFIRM"
  • If you want to interrupt the start of an order opening for any reason, or you do not want to open the order according to the given elements, you shall pronounce "I REVOKE"
  • If you want to open several orders after you finish opening a previous order, you shall pronounce "NEW ORDER" and you can start giving the elements of the order from the point c);
  • At the end of the procedure for assigning the order elements and your confirmation that all necessary elements are assigned, the broker through whom the order is to be opened shall pronounce "RECEIVED";
NOTE:

Upon the receipt of orders by telephone, the Eurobroker's employees shall check the conditions for receiving orders and they are received and entered into BST if all the prescribed conditions of the order are met. The number of orders from the order book is always linked to the archived electronic voice record. If the employee verifies that an open order does not meet all the conditions for admission, the order shall be rejected, and the client shall be informed by telephone, i.e. by telephoning the number from which the order was received.

The Eurobroker shall keep voice records of forms for five years from the day of the order opening.
