Eurobroker was founded in 2001 what makes us one of the oldest brokerage firms on the Republic of Srpska's capital market. Eurobroker is organized as a closely-held corporation headquartered in Banja Luka, and not as a part of any bank or other institution what makes us more flexible in doing our business, as evidenced by unique references to the capital market of Republic of Srpska.

Our history

More than 15 years of experience behind us:

Broker – dealer company Eurobroker a.d. Banja Luka was formed. In the same year, Eurobroker took part in setting up the Banja Luka Stock Exchange and Central Registry of Securities.

Eurobroker is taken over by a foreign investor who owns it still today.

Eurobroker starts a cooperation with Pošte Srpske a.d. Banja Luka, national postal service, which brings trade even closer to our clients throughout the Republic of Srpska

Eurobroker makes one of the first transactions as issuing agent on Banja Luka Stock Exchange.

Eurobroker makes first ever squeeze out transaction on Banja Luka Stock Exchange.

Cooperating with world and regional brokerage firms which allows our clients to trade globally.

Eurobroker expands its portfolio with a new service – investment counselling. In the same year, Eurobroker becomes a part of the regional exchange project - SeeLink
